And so I was very split in this sliding doors moment of conservation versus women empowerment and kind of health. And at the end of the day, it was really about what’s going to be more impactful and more scalable.

And for me, that was going down the period poverty route. So I really wanted to tackle something where it felt like high impact but low lift, not necessarily for the organization, but for the donor, where they could actually just give $7 and a girl’s life would be radically changed for a decade because that just felt like something that made a lot of sense.
