We’ve been having chats about doing STEM events. We’ve been having chats about doing specifically med events, where we have female doctors having a space to speak for the first time about the challenges that they’re facing and the innovations going on to help support more women in parts of the medical field that aren’t just like anesthesiology and GP, which are the only kind of two areas where you’re able to actually have a family and a quality of life and be a great doctor.

So we’re looking at all of that. But I think to your point, Joe, it’s like coming from the nonprofit space, we’re all about collaboration.

There’s no competition in nonprofits because the end goal is like a better society. When you come from the corporate space, you’re kind of like, no, the end goal is profits, and we have competitors for who’s going for those top profits.

And so I think it’s been a really cool thing for me to see that you actually can bring women out of that corporate space and say, hey, shift your mindset. Be around people who want to collaborate with you.

We can all actually grow together. And if we break down this scarcity mentality that’s been drilled into us and start going, how can we all work together for this shared goal?

And yes, there’s wins along the way, but celebrate the wins of your peers, because they’ll then celebrate your wins and you actually can move in that direction.
